Overview/Corrections
Corrections and incidents

Keep the correction attached to the claim.

World Economy records material corrections, source revisions, and outages that affect the meaning or availability of published data or paid educational material.

Report a concern

Include enough detail to reproduce it

Email support@custodyfolio.com with the page or PDF title, displayed value or wording, reporting period or page number, source checked, and reason it may be wrong. Do not send confidential financial information or a child's personal information.

Review process

Verify, correct, explain

  1. Reproduce the issue against the committed snapshot or product file.
  2. Check the exact publisher record, release/vintage, license, transformation, and dependent calculations.
  3. Correct source data through the ingestion script rather than editing a single displayed value by hand.
  4. Regenerate web, iOS, and PDF artifacts that contain the affected claim.
  5. Record a material change below with its date, scope, and whether prior conclusions changed.
Source and network incidents

Cached fallback is labeled, not hidden

Source snapshots update only after a complete sync succeeds. When a publisher, network, or build step fails, the website serves the last reviewed snapshot and the iOS app uses its last valid cache or bundled fallback. Original reporting and retrieval dates remain visible. This can delay a new release or publisher correction, so an incident that materially affects freshness will be recorded here.

Public log

Current reviewed snapshot

Global snapshot retrieved Aug 17, 2026. No material correction entry has been recorded for this snapshot as of August 16, 2026. An empty log is not a guarantee that the content is free of errors; reported issues are reviewed under the process above.
