Verify, correct, explain
- Reproduce the issue against the committed snapshot or product file.
- Check the exact publisher record, release/vintage, license, transformation, and dependent calculations.
- Correct source data through the ingestion script rather than editing a single displayed value by hand.
- Regenerate web, iOS, and PDF artifacts that contain the affected claim.
- Record a material change below with its date, scope, and whether prior conclusions changed.
Cached fallback is labeled, not hidden
